Welcome to voces.ch. These terms govern access to and use of the voces.ch platform for campaign creators (hosts) and partner organizations.

1. Platform purpose

voces.ch is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables organizations, associations, and activists to create digital campaigns, collect signatures, and mobilize supporters.

2. Host responsibilities

As a campaign host, you are responsible for lawful platform use. You agree to:

• Not publish misleading, hateful, or illegal content.
• Restrict emails sent through our platform (for example verification emails) to users who actively participated in your campaign.
• Not import purchased or third-party email lists for unsolicited messaging (anti-spam policy).

3. Double opt-in and email policy

To maintain high data quality and reduce spam, voces.ch provides double opt-in (DOI). When enabled, supporters must verify their email before a signature is counted as valid. Using the platform for unsolicited advertising (spam) may lead to immediate account suspension.

4. Limitation of liability

voces.ch provides technical infrastructure. We are not liable for campaign content accuracy or mobilization outcomes. Legal responsibility for collected data and supporter communication remains with the respective campaign host.
